The card works with another laptop. But I find that hard to believe, because I have checked the card on another laptop and it works and a while ago it was working on that same laptop.

Are you trying to load a dos driver into XP? As mentioned, the Windows driver is automatically stored on your hard drive when RSLinx is installed. Register a new account.
