What steps do I need to go through in order to get the controller to detect the two new drives that I know are plugged in? Upon termination, you will immediately destroy the Software or return all copies of the Software mearaid Intel.
I thought it might be that the drive wasn't fully inserted or something similar, so I pulled that drive out and reinserted it.
I don't know if it's applicable but I did find this similar problem on IBM site: You may not copy, modify, rent, sell, distribute or transfer any part of the Software except as provided in this Agreement, and you agree to prevent unauthorized copying of the Software.

Looks like that controller 1064r getting old, do you know what version the firmware is? The issue was megarxid the drives weren't getting power.
